Truck constantly parks on pavement weekends sometimes evenings. Impossible to get by with wheelchair or pram. Also, it has badly damaged pavement when it's not parked there. Reg No. TY10 CUT outside 19 Ascot Road Orpington BR5

This truck was still on the pavement yesterday morning why should we have to cross the road? Why is it being allowed to park on the pavement?

Wednesday and truck TY10 CUT is once again parked on pavement. Does this person with all their cars and trucks (at least 2 of each) have exemption? Can they park wherever they like? Pavement? Grass verge? Front garden?
