Please send someone to clear all this flytipped rubbish around recycling banks in car park near Penge East Station

Reported via mobile in the Flytip category anonymously at 23:00, Tue 29 November 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Please send someone to clear all this flytipped rubbish around recycling banks in car park near Penge East Station And also to remove all this hanging out cardboard for paper and cardboard banks. People misuse these banks stuff then with very large cardboard which results in blocking them and preventing other people from using them. This problem has been going on for a long time and the council is absolutely not doing anything about it which is leaving the residents with no other choice but resorting to legal action. Your contractors did not clear around these banks this evening. This is a heavily used area and not according to the Council’s code of practice it needs to be cleared regularly. It just seems that the council is unable to adhere into its own code of practice?! It would be a very interesting issue to address in court and on the news!!!
