Paint pot has spilled and paint is all up and down Phoenix and Mosslea road.

    Due to the difficulty of the removal of Gloss paint, we are exploring options that will not result in damage to the highway surface, the narrow access and parked cars also make it very challenging to clear, so please bear with us whilst we find the best solution for its removal.

    The council’s street cleansing service providers have cleared as much of the paint as possible at this time and the shadowing left should disappear over time as part of the normal cleansing routine. This report will now be closed.
