Manhole noisey

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

When any type of vehicle drives over it it clunks and makes a very loud noise a two tone dong

The manhole has completely collapsed and is a danger to pedestrians

The area has been made safe with barriers and reported on 2 occasions to the utility contractor who are arranging for the repair
