Litter dropped by the refuse collection teams

Reported via iOS in the Litter/Leaves category anonymously at 17:39, Wed 28 December 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

When approached they shrug shoulders and walk off. I end up picking up the litter. If I dropped litter I would be subjected to a fine. Are these people above the law?

  • Litter all over the road, grass verges and paved areas following the refuse collection this week. Is this not littering? Why do the operatives think this is acceptable and why are they not punished by the same rules as the general public. We would be prosecuted for littering. I don’t understand it. Perhaps some in authority can explain it?
