Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Queensway by Jn with Woodhurst Ave. Large depression where Thames Water dug trench in 2022 and failed to compact backfill adequately. Unsafe for 30mph. Adjacent 6 No. Potholes are where road has been previously repaired bar 1

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 18:35, Thursday 2 February 2023

  • Works raised at time of inspection to repair defects which met the London Borough of Bromley investigatory levels remain outstanding with our contractor and is awaiting completion. We apologise for the delay.

  • No action has been taken on site. The depression has deteriorated so vehicles bounce out loosing control.

  • Thank you for your update, Additional works raised with our contractor remain outstanding and is awaiting completion. In future we ask that new and separate occurrences of issues are logged as new reports to avoid conflicting information or updates and ensure the information is passed promptly to our contractor. Please log the issue via https://fix.bromley.gov.uk as a new report using the map marker and description to detail where the issue is located. Please note that if the location you wish to mark is already occupied by a pin, you can hide the map pins via the button in the bottom left or you can click a nearby free section of the map to drop your green reporting pin so that all other yellow pins indicating existing reports disappear, you can then click and drag your green pin to the correct location and continue submitting your report.
