  • We are unable to give accurate time frames at present, however this is now schedule for permanent reinstatement with our contractor.

  • Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.

    • Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below:: I raised a Fix My Street report to get a pothole repaired near Orpington Fire Station. This was back 0n 21st January 2023 near 154 Gillmans Road. This problem remains unresolved 442 days later. I would like an explanation as to why please? Thanks • What action (if any) would you like us to take?: sort out the problem and explain why it is taking so long.
