Was waiting to catch a bus from Stop X in Bromley High Street, when lady also waiting was drenched by muddy water. Can this please be attended to ASAP as this this is a very busy bus stop in the Town Centre. Can you confirm when the drains were last cleared please? Thanks

My concerns are the very muddy water that drenches people waiting at this very busy and popular bus stop. Is this on a 2 year clearance programme? When was it last cleaned out? Many thanks. Could the other drains nearby at the other bus stops also be checked, please? Much appreciated.
