Large hole in road just before the bridge and mini roundabout at the Bickley/Chislehurst end of Blackbrook Lane

Reported via mobile in the Road Defect category anonymously at 22:14, Sunday 29 January 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This large hole in the road was invisible in the dark and wet. I obviously don’t know how long it has been there but I drove straight into it in my car just before 18.45 this evening (29/01/23) I don’t know yet if my car has been damaged. This pothole would be extremely dangerous for a cyclist or motorcycle and could cause a serious accident.

  • I drove into this huge deep pot hole on Sunday night which burst my tyre! I had to get a new tyre yesterday! There was nothing to put there to warn others. I also have a video on my welly boot in there so can see how bad it is.
