Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

There are a big piles of rubbish been kept outside this property at 25 park end road. The trees and bushes are overgrown and and blocking the traffic on the pavement. Rats were seen running around the property. We are scared to walk by this creepy house because this situation is getting worse lately.
