Mud on path

Reported via mobile in the Public Right of Way footpath category anonymously at 16:27, Monday 30 January 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The footpath next to the playground is caked in mud. No doubt by contractor’s / security vehicles driving on the adjacent grass and churning it to mud up and spreading it onto the path.

  • This has not been fixed in any way. The same mud is in the same place at it was when first reported. Please see picture taken this morning. Please clear it away. It might be helpful if whoever drives along this path could keep their vehicle off the grass.

  • Had to report this twice. First time Council said it was fixed. But it wasn’t as I saw for myself a few days later. So reported it again and at last they fixedit. Very surprised the Council can’t see these faults for themselves and fix them without having to wait until reported by a member of the public. There are plenty of Council operatives in the park but as they are probably all contractors then I imagine they couldn’t care less while the council staff all work snugly from home.
