Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This waste is outside the front of Rutland House hawthorn grove penge se20 8lj and has been there since yesterday I believe it was dumped on sunday night

Clarion Housing have removed the waste and we will be working with them to educate their residents on how and where waste should be stored, with enforcement action being taken where appropriate. Please do continue to report any further issues at this location. Thank you.
