Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

All along the path around Sparrow Woods there lots of bags of dog poo hung up in trees etc. Perhaps a dog poo bin could be provided. I have also witnessed numerous dogs off lead so far behind their walkers that when the dogs have a poo the owners don't notice so don't pick it up, as a result there is a lot of dog mess on the path.
