Health and safety hazard with abandoned matress.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This is in the front garden of a house but this mattress has been there for months and it must be health and safety hazard e.g. attracting rats. I don't know if this property has been flagged up to the council but the whole house is in a dreadful state with broken windows (have been broken for years) and filthy dirty curtains. Not sure if it is owner occupied or rented but it needs to be investigated.
