Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Builders skip on footway Builders clearing house leaving rubbish on green area and on rd / foot path we’re first skip was Asked to tidy and haven’t it was nice a clean and tidy here till last week wen they started Now green areas and fort path covered in rubbish
