Please mend but don’t send the last idiots to repair as they were a waste of space! Zero skills, thought , it was pathetic

To help us action and resolve this issue please could further information be provided as comments to this report. For example information such as a house number or street light column number can greatly help us to correctly identify the location while further details such as the nature and scale of an issue (especially dumped rubbish) assists us co-ordinating an appropriate response.
