The posts supporting the handrail have rotten through and the handrail has collapsed.

Old lady fell on to the bank this morning, because there was no hand rail. This was vandalised at approx 1430, on Sunday 29th January 2023, you would be able to see culprits on Norris skips CCTV.

I see another report that the lower section is missing - https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 4122325 I am reporting further deterioration and that the entire rail now needs to be reinstalled. Please could this be given urgent attention, especially in light of the comments above?

Please note that as of yesterday afternoon no progress had been made. It is now 10 weeks since the last update. Please could advise on the timescale for repairs to this handrail?
