More rubbish dumped

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4198670.
Another example of rubbish dumped outside 4 Plymouth road (used for short term lets) This was left overnight (2nd/3rd Feb) and has been opened by foxes or rats Its blocking the path and is a public health risk - there is no scheduled collection from the council This has now become a regular occurance and the legal owners should be contacted

Unresolved as at 5th feb 2023 Still dumped outside still open rubbish A health hazard and also blocking pavement
Legal owner needs to be contacted
This will happen again if simply cleaned up as property used for short lets
