Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

There is a water leak under the pavement outside 180 Birkbeck Road which has been reported to Thames Water several times since last summer, to no avail. The pavement is now subsiding and the slabs are very uneven presenting a potential trip hazard.

We have investigated this report and found the issue to be the responsibility of Thames Water. We have therefore referred the enquiry to Thames Water.
