Overgrown tree
Reported via mobile in the Tree roots lifting pavement category by Lorraine Podger at 19:42, Mon 6 February 2023
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4209489.
The trunk of this tree has been growing over 20 years and is now so wide it makes this side of the pavement inaccessible to wheelchair users & difficult for double buggies. The pavement is damaged and puts wheelchair users at risk of tipping forward. The drop kerb is opposite the priory park entrance but then they have trouble crossing again at the top of church hill as the pavement is narrow. The tree is not on the land of All Saints Church and needs to be investigated as to having it removed as this road is the shortest route to the high street and well used by all coming from Ramsden area
Asset ID: FP192

Please accept our apologies for the delays. These works have been removed from our incumbent contractor and given to a third party contractor. We anticipate these will be completed within the next 6 to 8 weeks.
