Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4250898.

This tree is in Kingswood Glen - hangs over the footpath and property in South Hill Road. Large branches keep falling and is dangerous for walkers and property owners - the tree needs to be cut back along with several others in that area. It’s an accident waiting to happen!

  • It has now been two months since March when the council said contractor had been notified to take action. I chased last month and still had the same reply. Could you please let me know how long this is going to take. It was first reported back in February- we are no further along in getting this problem sorted.

  • Can you please let me know when this is going to be sorted? Another 3 weeks have passed and still nothing has been done! All the replies are the same - how long does this take to sort? I think I have been patient long enough now. Are you waiting for someone to get seriously hurt or even killed because that is what will happen if a large piece of the tree comes down. A lot of the trees in Kingswood need to be looked at as there is so much dead on many of them that need cutting back.

  • Well yet again I write to follow up! Three weeks ago this job was going to be a priority yet still hasn’t been sorted. I see workers around but if you speak with them they are not interested!! How long will this take? I have been requesting this since February and my patience has finally run out!! There are only so many times you can be told that the contractor is sorting it!
