5x blocked drains
Reported via mobile in the Blocked Drain category by Daniel Watson-Marsh at 20:22, Friday 24 February 2023
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4261784.
High street. 4x path drains outside tk max and 1x road drain outside tk max all full solid. I’ve been reporting these several times over the last 6+years. I’d presume all 5 must be linked and there must be a connection issue somewhere? Please can these be attended , cleared and the connections checked.

Please ensure connections are checked as this is a repeat fsult which I log probably 2-3 times a year for last couple of years!

Wed 26/04/2023 15:38 • Customer/reference number if you have one:: 4261784 • Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below:: 5 drains blocked, I report these yearly so obviously a fault with pipe work. Marked as fixed on 9th March, again another lie as never attended all 5 still full solid, grills not even lifted! Still nothing done. And no communication. • What action (if any) would you like us to take?: Don’t lie, don’t mark as fixed when clearly not even attended. Check the pipes when it’s a repeat fault, use a different drain company

This is a more complex job due to the high volume footfall of the public even at night - the contractors are aware of the issue and will resolve it as soon as it can be arranged.

We apologise that this has taken an age to resolve - the location of the gullies was difficult with relation to the safety of the public.
The gullies have been cleaned and this report will now be closed.

Another walk by today and no drain anywhere near TK max has been attended. There are more that I reported further down the high street which seem to be cleared. I’ve marked that report as fixed
