  The Costa Coffee large A board is back today Monday 17 April 2023.photo added about 7pm. This does not accord with Council policy of allowing a single a board on the public footway adjoining the shop front only. Please secure the removal and prosecution, as appropriate, of this clutter in the Conservation Area and seeming territorial expansion of Costa Coffee across the public footway, there for the use of all to walk on.
