Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

RTC - car has damaged the lamppost at the base, concrete disturbed at the base. Lamppost no. 93S21 Opposite Bank House on Summer Hill.

Note it’s further up hill from this arrow; to the east of the entrance of Islehurst Close but, as you say, near Bank House, at the top of Summerhill.

Vehicle removed and lamp post base has been repaired.
