Large potholes

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4331390.

These holes have been worsening for several weeks. They sit in the middle of the road that has been repeatedly been patched and now needs a more permanent repair. The larger hole is 75cm long and getting quite deep. Every time a vehicle goes over them it rips out more stones that are damaging the parked cars.

  • Thank you for your further comments regarding this issue. Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.

  • For information, the order for this repair remains outstanding within our contractor's planned schedule of work. Further arrangements are currently being undertaken to provide traffic management and/or the necessary specialist equipment in order to undertake the works.
