Public bin being used for household waste - fly tipping

Reported via desktop in the Public Litter Bin category anonymously at 16:46, Monday 20 March 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4336700.

People in a flat in chatterton road are using the bins in Bloomfield road as personal waste bins - the bins are constantly full of household waste and foxes at night pull this out and the rubbish including nappies ends up in front gardens of residents of the surrounding roads
