Fence from the local park fallen down

The local park behind my house has a fence and one section has fallen in the bad weather and it is now leaning against my garden fence and means people can't use the communal pathway behind my house and the neighbours houses. Please could you come to have a look at it and repair it. Kind regards, Uma
