Large deep pothole

Reported via mobile in the Road Defect category anonymously at 00:54, Tuesday 28 March 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4366584.

Whom it may concern On Saturday 25th February I was travelling down Sunningvale Avenue. Due to cars being parked on both sides of the road there is no choice but to drive in the middle. In the middle of the road there was a deep pothole. It wasn’t very wide but deep enough that when I hit it it has caused my tyre to puncture. This was of course very inconvenient as I do not live in the area. It caused much stress to my day trying to fix the issue and then when I returned to my home town I then had to replace the entire tyre (which itself was only purchased late last year) with a cost of £87.00. Due to this being a fault of your council I would appreciate and expect a reimbursement for this amount. Kind regards, Miss Salthouse
