Obstruction of public highway with cones

Reported yesterday and received response stating resolved with third party to address. Cones remain this evening. Cones placed without prior notice or notice on street.

An officer attended the site this morning and spoke with the builders. They were advised that a final delivery of concrete is due today after which the cones will removed from the highway. If the issue continues please report back to the Council who will consider further action. Thank you.
