Household Rubbish

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 21:49, Wednesday 29 March 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4373315.

Number 4 and 5 of Batchwood Green Orpington have all their household rubbish sprawled all over the front drive ways. When walking past I have seen rats eating the food waste it is disgusting they just leave the bags on the drive for the foxes to rip open. Number 4 is an HMO they should be supplied bins from their landlord. This issue has been like this for at least a month now and getting worse. It is being blown down the street causing a mess which will endeavour to cause more rats and foxes onto our streets. Thank you
