Tree roots damaging the wall

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4380207.

Tree roots lifted , pavement and damaged wall. Also this tree makes huge amount of rubbish such as leaves and fly seed. Better to get rid of it. Anyway need to get roots cut and prune it much smaller at least please
