Estate agent advert placed beyond the curtilage of the property for sale. Howard's Crest Rd jct Oakwood Avenue, Shortlands. Advertisement appears to be for 3 Howard's Crest Rd. If this is not a Bromley Council footway verge offence, please forward to Planning Investigations Dept for an advertisement without deemed consent (not on property for sale). Advertisements at the ends of roads are not permitted development and add to street clutter.
