Station Road, Shortlands. First it is not cleaners fault as I think bins have recently been emptied. However large amount of litter and maybe household rubbish now in road from bin on lamp post. I really do not think bins are fit for purpose and every year when weather turns nice we have an issue all over Bromley with open top bins.
