New light bulbs / glass

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4619050.

New LED lights which are great. We used to have a blackoutblock on the left side of the light because it shines into our bedroom on 1 Sylvan Walk but it's gone. Would you mind painting or backing out the side of the lamp that faces us to help us to sleep. Thank you so much.
