Grass needs cutting urgent

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4623096.
The grass is so long, it is dangerous to exit The Highway onto Court road without entering court road to see if the way is clear, please cut the grass.

No action has been taken to deal with this they only cut a very small amount right by the kerb the whole section needs to be cut as it is now a huge risk for drivers. I have also ended up with rashes due to the overgrown weeds and giant hogweed which burnt my skin. Please clear this area up urgently. Absolutely disgraceful!

Grass has not been cut still is long and uncut. I would advise to send someone out so you can see that nothing has been done I used a trimmer to make it safe for me and my family to come in and out of our house due to allergies. Please send someone urgently to clean it up and cut it properly as its the only bit that has not been cut.
