Consultation on new bike hanger (Tremaine Road)

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4640146.

I received a letter from your department (dated 30th May 2023) notifying me of my right to put forward thoughts on the above topic.

The deadline for comments (stated in the same letter) was 21st May 2023. Clearly, this being several days before the letter was despatched from your office and arriving through my letterbox; not ideal.

That said, I would like to suggest the hanger be located on another neighbouring road. To lose another road parking space (on Tremaine Road) will cause more inconvenience for those with young families who rely heavily on their cars being parked nearer their homes. Myself being one.

Can someone please respond and hopefully confirm that my 'delayed letter' was an anomaly (and that residents have not been prevented from raising concerns through being timed-out due to your error).
