Overgrown tree needs pruning

A food deliver van just drove into the lower hanging branch which is just hanging on at the moment but will probably fall down if there's high winds. The tree is almost overhanging the houses of number 5 and 7 sheringham raod. it is intercepting wires , which if it gets much bigger is likely to break them.
