Very overgrown lime tree overhanging road and garden

This is now the largest tree on The Chase and was not attended to when other trees were pruned. It overhangs the road, pavement and garden on 50 The Chase. The sticky sap dripping onto the pavement, drive and parked car is the worst it has ever been, I now tread sticky residue into the house when I come home. The tree is so large the front rooms of the house are now dark, even on bright days. Telegraph wires pass through the canopy are are liable to damage. This is an ongoing issue which has been reported in a previous year, the issue

Dear resident, These trees will be attended to ASAP. All the Lime trees in Bromley have the basil growth and are lifted every year. Bromley dose not prune trees to clear phone wirers. You will need to contact your provider to re route the cables, We will send you the necessary paperwork to complete if you would like to claim for damage (If proven the fault of a Bromley owned tree. Thank you
