I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding a tree located adjacent to my property. The tree in question is causing significant damage to both my property and vehicles, and I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
The tree, which is situated near 9 byne road , has been growing steadily over the past few years. Its branches have now extended over my property boundary, posing a threat to both my home and vehicles parked in the vicinity. The following damages have already occurred due to the tree:
Property Damage: The overhanging branches have started encroaching upon my property, causing damage to the roof, gutters, and windows. Additionally, the constant shedding of leaves and twigs has become a regular nuisance, requiring frequent cleaning and maintenance. Car Damage: The tree's branches have begun scraping against my vehicles, resulting in scratches, dents, and other minor damages. This has become a recurring issue, and I am concerned about the potential for more severe damage in the future. Considering the risks involved and the extensive damage already caused, I kindly request that the council takes prompt action to assess the situation and initiate appropriate measures to address the problem.
