3 tree growths need to be removed urgently

These three growths, one c.30cm high, the two others (arrowed) in the ground have been a danger for several weeks. I have tripped over the one sticking up.

They are in Harvington on the path behind 41-85 Stone Park Avenue just before the point where the path emerges onto the open playing fields.
