Hello, we note that a number of trees along the road have signs for trimming except the one which has been reported and is causing the issue outside 29 and 27. When is this likely to be trimmed?

I am sorry, it is not possible to give exact time frames for completion of the works given the volume of works raised during our busy period the summer. The contractor is in hand to complete works to the street.

Hello, Please note this tree has still not been trimmed. Your contractors did arrive but said they could not cut this tree as bromley council had not put an sign up for it to be trimmed. They instead cut all other trees on the road which already had signs on them aside from this one.

Hi there, no contractor has visited the site. Please note this tree still needs to be cut and is causing a danger to pedestrians and cars. Initial notice for tree needing trimmed made 11th June, 70 days ago, we are still waiting for anything to be done about this.

Good evening. 17 days since you last promised this tree would be trimmed... Yet I note some contractors visited the street today to cut down a tree at the top of bird in hand lane. Might I ask why they did not come to trim the tree which has been waiting 82 days to be trimmed? Please could you recommend contact details which I can register my complaint with as the above channel does not seem to be going anywhere. 82 days and the saga continue... I sincerely hope you consider this tree for trimming and we do not receive more empty promises. Regards.

Hello, I notice this tree is very overgrown and needs trimming. It is well below shoulder height and many pedestrians are having to duck under it and getting caught in the branches. Please could this be marked for trimming as it is a health and safety risk. Thanks
