  • Thank you for the comment, a job has been raised to deal with the issue raised. Our contractor has been notified to take specific action on the roots you mentioned. As this is not a major health and safety issue, the time frame for the works to be completed is in months, rather than weeks. Our contractor has a large list of works that they are getting through. Your patience on this matter is greatly appreciated.
