  • This surface water drain is blocked again with mud and leaves. This is a low point where water and leaves from the overhead tree collects and needs regular clearing. The surface water drain nearby on Shortlands Road is also blocked meaning more water and debris collects in this lower level drain. Both drains need cleaning and should be regularly cleared of debris to avoid water pooling which is dangerous to drivers and pedestrians.
