Tree in poor condition

All od the leaves have died on one of the mature trees adjacent to the Hoblingwell pump track and playground. This tree has also had a ring of bark removed in recent years. It may have died or be in distress. Please could it be inspected?

Thank you for your enquiry. A job is raised to remove the dead standing tree and a replacement has been added to the planting schedule 2023/24 which is in hand to be planted next planting season starting in November running through to March 2024.
