Blackberry spurs overhanging wall making pavement walking difficult.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4857398.

Spurs need cutting off so pavement can be walked.

Still not done and its now difficult to use the crossing. This was first reported back in 4th August.
