RTC with street lamp and crossing bollard

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4886509.

RTC involving a lampost which is now badly damaged. No exposed wiring could be seen. The island in the road was also knocked over. Not blocking highway as police have attended but will need clearing. CAD 158713/08. Located South Borough lane junction with Oxhawth crescent Petts wood
