Rope is frayed badly on the rope ladder and is coming apart. Safety flooring is causing trips as it is coming up above the concrete level and in many places has been ripped up.

Not safe for children to use this climbing equipment.

Safety flooring has been ripped up and thrown across the playground causing many holes.
