Public Tree was cut down by neighbour

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4919442.

The public Tree which provided shelter was cut down by neighbour. The tree is located opposite the post box in grovelands road. I don't think the neighbour had permission to cut it down. Could another tree be planted in its place ?
