• Dear Sir/Madam

  I do not believe Phoenix Road has been deep cleaned. The kerb side remains very untidy with weeds growing, leaves accumulating . Inaddition the base of trees have a substantial amount of leaves and rubbish accumulated around them.

  I believe all that has happened is a vehicle was run along the pavement picking up leaves in the centre of the pavement.

  Grateful if you could arrange a deep clean of Phoenix Road.

• Dear Sir/Madam

  I do not believe Phoenix Road has been deep cleaned, yes a clean has driven along the pavement but this has not removed all kerbside leaves and debris which will potentially block the drains.

  I can see other streets in the area getting deep cleaned recently so would be grateful if you could arrange same for Phoenix Road.
