This public space is regularly fly-tipped upon and one of the public benches is overgrown with stinging nettles again.

For example information such as a house number or street light column number can greatly help us to correctly identify the location while further details such as the nature and scale of an issue (especially dumped rubbish) assists us co-ordinating an appropriate response.

I fail to see why any update is needed. The area in question is by the railway bridge, as shown on the map, and there is no other such public space othervthan the highway itself.
